Exploring Healthy life Style of University Students in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

University is a critical stage of life in which students are more likely to engage unhealthy health behaviors such as physical inactivity, stress, and bad dietary habits. Health-promoting an important component healthy lifestyle have been reported key factor sustaining improving one's health. This study aimed determine the lifestyles KPK universities by gender location. In total, 384 university took part study, with 200 authentic fully completed questionnaires used overall sample. Data was gathered from six province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Males made up majority participants (109, 54.2 percent), while females rest (91, 45.3 percent).
